  1.  Everyone (except Ray and Max done) need put his/her past due : 1 minion image (including research pictures, animal picture)+2-3research slides +1 core value slide+1-2 presentation dialog  IN THE MASTER SLIDE FORMAT and ADD to the master slides and SHARE with the team by MONDAY 10/24 9pm
    —everyone bring a his/her own copy to 10/29 meeting so we can practice the lines!
  2.  Master slides:
    Ray to make sure get everyone’s slides by 10/24 and work on master slides by 10/29.
  3.  Solution: — ADD both to master slides by 10/28 midnight and bring a copy to 10/29 meeting (can use master slides back ground or use Minion theme background)
    Audrey : make a list of different ways of handle different common types of animal
    Derek: make a list of difference local resources (as we researched) we can share with local residents and combine with Audrey’s and Austin’s info to make a flier.
  4. Sharing with community: by 10/28 midnight and bring a copy to 10/29 meeting
    Melody to make slides as discussed, including a presentation dialog
  5. Deco for 2 posters:

  • Finally did 1st round of presentation except Melody’s part, also research dialogue performance can’t be made as no work is ready, will have to adjust presentation.
  • Observation:
    —   Melody(0% sick), Max (90%), Anthony (90%), Audrey(90%), Derek(90%), Ray(100%), Austin (90%)’ AI met expectation,
    —  Austin, Anthony, Derek had to do push up, need improve.
  • Timeline review:
    • need finish both core value+research slide 10/29 (1 team pic+ 5team working pics (research outside, core value table inside, robotic group, riddle Stem fair, hosting,) , 1st poster draft+ presentation by 11/5! improvement +2nd perform – 11/12, backdrop – 11/19-27
    • (11/17 Riddle Steam Fair, 11/19 scrimmage, 11/27 hosting scrimmage, 12/10 qualifier).
    • two weeks to identify the problem, two weeks to research the problem, two weeks to share with the community, and two weeks to do team building and core values.

Agenda for Robot Missions:

  1. Review milestone for scrimmage and qualifier
  2. Check action item status
  3. Lawyer to report any rule updates
  4. Review design journal documentation
  5. Review Notebook tuning notes with summary
  6. Each pair demonstrate the mission work so far and other team members provide the feedback

  1.  Everyone review your slides and update them (in the master slide)per coach’s comments during yr presentation. Rehearsal at home, bring the latest copy and present it next meeting again. Pls remember to print a copy this time!
  2.  Audrey and Derek, pls improve yr solution flyer – type it in word, combine it and add team theme design to it, save 1/4 space for Austin and Anthony’s solution.
  3.  Audrey to buy a blue poster and start thinking/deco it as previously discussed.
  4.  Melody pls upload yours as soon as you gets better.
