    • Younger member: you are required to be available every day, occasionally off for a few hours is ok, otherwise we won’t have enough instructors for the camp

Technical

• Everyone: review Patrick’s Dad slides on chassis

• Everyone: finalize your chassis CAD model, record your simulation of model in a video file (a few seconds file and send to technicbots.team@gmail.com)  if you haven’t done so
• Everyone: complete your BOM list on team google sheet so we can start checking the part availability and order the needed ones
• Everyone: add your current CAD model and BOM list to the joint engineering notebook as week 1 work; add your CAD model to the joint GrabCAD workspace folder (subfolder with version names)
• Everyone: Get yourself familiar with Gantt chart legend and you will start updating it next week (Summer Chassis project tab)
• Justin: invite other teams to joint GrabCAD workspace (coach will send you their email addresses)
• Samuel: Update executive summery on the joint engineering notebook
• Brandon: Add test spec to the joint engineering notebook which will be our focus of discussion next chassis project meeting on 6/9; prepare the template code for discussion in 6/2 team meeting  (the only team meeting before 6/9 meeting)
