People at Liberty, Hebron, and Jasper: Finish FIRST in Texas grant. Samuel is responsible for Liberty, and Brandon is responsible for Jasper. Justin is doing Hebron.
Justin: Bring in photo release form.
Patrick, Samuel, Jerry: Edit the business plan in places marked red. Jerry will make minor changes.
Justin, Abhishek, and Brandon: Write the CAD, Hardware, and Software parts of the engineering notebook, respectively.
Patrick: Design a beacon pressing attachment (drawing) and make movable robot with sensors attached to program autonomous before next meeting.
Justin: Upload new EV3 workshop video to Youtube and remove the shorter EV3 video. Help Patrick with the design envelope of the robot.
Abhishek: Design the shooter mechanism in CAD, and update Patrick and Justin for design  envelope space requirements,
Abhishek: Send out shirt designs on shirt designs on Skype, and to the team by email.
Brandon and Samuel: Explore new features and updates to the SDK, and prepare to explain them.
Samuel: Update engineering notebook with general summary, and write the previous week’s general summary.
Amanda: Research and design single harvester (drawing).
Evan: Start designing cap ball mechanism, this is more of a long-term assignment.
