  1.  Everyone choose 1 minion image for himself/herself using following link and send Coach Rose the image file by 10/21 8pm

  3. Research Project — Based on meeting discussion, everyone finish his/her research AI and write 2 slides of his/her research, send slides to coach by 10/21 8pm
    — write/keep polishing dialog for his presentation
    –parent pls take 1-2 pictures of yr kid doing the interview, such as a picture with the professional he/she interview, or in front of the facility, or on the phone, send to coach by 10/22 12pm.

  6. Drum Animal sound –Austin— find drum sound for 3 different animals

  • Observation:
    —  Max (100%), Melody(100%), Audrey(90%), Derek(90%), Ray(100%)’s AI met expectation, also, tks to the parents who help take proactive measure this past wk to ensure their kids finish the AI!!  Anthony (50%), Austin (80%)  need  catch on.
    —  Austin(twice), Anthony, Derek had to do push up, we really can do better to improve efficiency!
  • Timeline review:
    • need finish both core value+research slide 10/29, 1st poster draft+ presentation by 11/5! improvement +2nd perform – 11/12, backdrop – 11/19-27
    • (11/17 Riddle Steam Fair, 11/19 scrimmage, 11/27 hosting scrimmage, 12/10 qualifier).
    • two weeks to identify the problem, two weeks to research the problem, two weeks to share with the community, and two weeks to do team building and core values.

Agenda for Robot Missions:

  1. Review milestone for scrimmage and qualifier
  2. Check action item status
  3. Lawyer to report any rule updates
  4. Review design journal documentation
  5. Review Notebook tuning notes with summary
  6. Each pair demonstrate the mission work so far and other team members provide the feedback

Project Action Items:

  1.  Everyone (except Ray and Max done) need put his/her past due : 1 minion image (including research pictures, animal picture)+2-3research slides +1 core value slide+1-2 presentation dialog  IN THE MASTER SLIDE FORMAT and ADD to the master slides and SHARE with the team by MONDAY 10/24 9pm so Ray can work on the master slides during the wk to ensure by next meeting we can have a whole set of slides for presentation!! (PLS make sure you don’t edit/delete any other slides!!)
    —everyone bring a his/her own copy to 10/29 meeting so we can practice the lines!
  2.  Master slides:
    —Ray to make sure get everyone’s slides by 10/24 and work on master slides by 10/29.
  3.  Solution: — ADD both to master slides by 10/28 midnight and bring a copy to 10/29 meeting (can use master slides back ground or use Minion theme background)
    —Audrey : make a list of different ways of handle different common types of animal
    —Derek: make a list of difference local resources (as we researched) we can share with local residents and combine with Audrey’s and Austin’s info to make a flier.
  4. Sharing with community: by 10/28 midnight and bring a copy to 10/29 meeting
    —Melody to make slides as discussed, including a presentation dialog
