Agenda/(Meeting Minutes) for Project Meet:

  • Call note taker for the day:  everyone/parent take notes for their own slides per discussion with Coach rose
  • Individual meet to review last AI  and rehearsal for each one (schedule emailed)
  • Improve beginning and Community Sharing – Called Max and Ray to help with Melody’s part — Dialogue part need to be ready! (builders? communities, schools, city department? partnership with researched parties?)

    • need finish both core value+research slide 11/11 (1 team pic+ 5team working pics (research outside, core value table inside, robotic group, riddle Stem fair, hosting,) , 1st poster draft+ dress rehearsal presentation by 11/12! improvement +2nd perform – 11/17, 11/19 Mock Qual!
    • need make up “share” + “team building”(if possible) in meetings after 11/19
    • (11/17 Riddle Steam Fair, 11/19 scrimmage, 11/27 hosting scrimmage, 12/10 qualifier).
    • plan – two weeks each to identify, research, share  and team building+core values.

  1. Review milestone for scrimmage and qualifier
  2. Check action item status
  3. Lawyer to report any rule updates
  4. Review design journal documentation
  5. Review Notebook tuning notes with summary
  6. Each pair demonstrate the mission work so far and other team members provide the feedback

  1.  Everyone update your slides in the new master slide per coach’s comments during yr individual meet by 11/11, prefer by11/10. Rehearsal try to memorize at home, bring the latest copy and present it next meeting again. Pls dress in team hat, shirt, jean as we need take many group pictures!
