    — Everyone finish the slides, but Audrey needs to get the poster done as we need it on 11/17, there is no time to delay anymore…

    • need finish both core value+research slide 11/11 (1 team pic+ 5team working pics (research outside, core value table inside, robotic group, riddle Stem fair, hosting,) , 1st poster draft+ dress rehearsal presentation by 11/12! improvement +2nd perform – 11/17, 11/19 Mock Qual!
    • need make up “share” + “team building”(if possible) in meetings after 11/19
    • (11/17 Riddle Steam Fair, 11/19 scrimmage, 11/27 hosting scrimmage, 12/10 qualifier).
    • plan – two weeks each to identify, research, share  and team building+core values.

Agenda for Robot Missions:

  1. Review milestone for scrimmage and qualifier
  2. Check action item status
  3. Lawyer to report any rule updates
  4. Review design journal documentation
  5. Review Notebook tuning notes with summary
  6. Each pair demonstrate the mission work so far and other team members provide the feedback

  1.  Everyone update/rehearse your slides per Coach Rose’s comments today, cut down presentation time for each research 20-30 seconds!
  2. Pls dress in team hat, shirt, jean on 11/17, as we need take more group pictures!
  3. Anthony finish app programming, so can demo with Austin on presentation.
  4. Community interview Dialogue – Max to improve the “drama factor”, or we might have to delete it.
  5. Keep polishing master slides and make presentation binder- Ray
  6. Current /Proposed solution -Austin/Anthony keep practice
  7. Poster design +Team pictures — Audrey  — don’t forget to take more team picture on 11/17,11/27 as discussed, pls finish poster by 11/17. picture taken today has been sent to you!
