Actobotics Chassis in Creo Parametric –

I have been trying to install all the parts needed, and Patrick also gave me pictures of the chassis.
However, the problem comes when actually trying to use the parts in Creo. Only certain pieces and parts are able to be opened Creo parametric. These specific parts are called Solidwork parts, and apparently even if you they completely fit the file type and should be compatible, Creo will just not open them.
According to the PTC Forum, the only way to actually view these files is to install a application called SolidWorks Explorer.

However, no matter how many I tried, I was unable to get this program to work. It keeps on giving me an error which talks about how my computer is not in Windows 8.1.
