  • Everyone: Based on the discussion of the presentation plan, fill in the pictures for your portion in the prezi so we can view all together in the next meeting (even if you don’t have a finalized picture, put some placeholders there so we can feel the layout and pace)

  • Everyone: FLL scrimmage preparation(all arriving 1:10 pm at coach’s home to pack/load and leave at 1:20 pm)
    • Samuel: create draft schedule to make sure scheduling software is working
    • Samuel: recruit 1-2 volunteers for queuing
    • Justin/Abhishek: field loader and transporter
    • Amanda: get ready to be timer
    • Abhishek/Evan/Brandon: get ready to mentor 12810 teams during scrimmage

  • Brandon/Jerry: update Engineering notebook for details on software design/coding/debugging:
  • Brandon: complete jewball scoring code and verify crypto picture recognition
  • Brandon: update team repository to FTC SDK 3.5 (please do it for 12810 too)
  • Jerry: document the two different programs testing the two mechanisms and the USB cable issue (what error with USB cable)
  • Jerry: start working on pitcrew program
  • Jerry: document the Java class diagram

  • Justin: continue CAD modeling and document in the engineering notebook
  • Justin: review 12810 3D print models and provide guidance

  • Evan/Abhishek: improving mechanism (now we have programs for both mechanism) and we will need to make decision in the next meeting
  • Amanda: document your thoughts on relic design (there is no documentation on it at all since this task was assigned a few weeks ago)
