PTC Windchill Assembly Update
- After using the dm_overwrite command, it seems that assemblies are having the exact same problems as the parts
- The first change will work accurately, however, when somebody edits the part or assembly again, it will not update the model no matter what.
Next Step in Design
- First we need to establish all the subsystems of the robot such as the drive train subsystem envelope and where the motors will be.

2. Next we can establish a table that will show us each subsystem’s function, envelope space percentage, weight percentage, and cost percentage. (approximate)

3. Start creating preliminary designs and sketches of the specific mechanisms and keep them close to what is represented in your subsystem table. (this can be done in or out of creo)
