    • Activity leads: double check the pack list in Jerry’s preparation doc for the even and put high level planning of the activity in the event preparation document (for example, are you running the activity as is or modified version, put your detailed activity preparation google doc link there for a quick reference)
    • Austin: prepare the button mapping and configuration spec of 12810 robot for laminating.
